ESTUN customized and developed ER50-1200-SR (50kg heavy load scara) and ER280-3200 (280kg load, 3200mm long arm) robots for the lithium battery industry, which are suitable for various large cylindrical cell and square large cell module assembly lines, and can improve the efficiency of energy storage battery and power battery production. 2. Intelligent welding solution for automobile body-in-white

ESTUN customized spot welding robot ER220B-2650 for the automotive industry, with independent core technology research and development, high-performance dynamic model, greatly improving the operation tempo, and new vibration suppression algorithm to bring stable welding. 3. 3D+2D integrated vision control disordered grasping solution

3D unordered grasping + visual control integrated solution, integrating AI technology, with learning function, adapts to various complex application scenarios. Visual control integrated design, display more intuitive, support offline programming, development efficiency is higher. The system comprehensive positioning accuracy can reach ±0.2mm, widely used in automotive parts and components, metal processing parts and other loading and unloading applications.


4. Intelligent polishing and finishing solution

The robotic metal weld polishing workstation uses ER20-1200-MI+ integrated force control tool + 3D laser line scanning sensor + automatic abrasive library, which improves debugging efficiency by 30%, abrasive utilization rate by 30%, and product yield by 20%. 5. High-end five-axis dispensing machine motion control solution

The high-end five-axis dispensing solution is mainly used for complex surface dispensing scenarios in the 3C industry, with bus solutions and pulse solutions available for selection.

Built-in five-axis linkage model, equipped with RTCP tip tracking function, can achieve dispensing at any angle and posture; multi-axis interpolation smooth motion and motion preview function, can achieve smooth control of dispensing trajectory; high-speed position comparison output, can achieve high-frequency and high-precision control of glue valve; pitch compensation and XY perpendicularity compensation, effectively improve dispensing accuracy.

Integrated design, small footprint, efficient data interaction. Also has 3D model simulation capabilities, which enables 3D simulation of dispensing paths in advance, shortens the debugging cycle, and improves delivery efficiency.


6.Multi-axis motion control test platform
