Automatic Assembly Line of Hub Bearing


The project is automatic assembly line of hub bearing, which is mainly composed of automatic feeding station of all assembly parts, dimension detection station, holder assembly station, automatic nut screwing station, torque and vibration detection station, wheel assembly station.




Automatic production line for sheet metal part stamping of auto parts

The project includes triad feeder, servo centering device, three-D manipulator, destacker, line end conveyance, abnormally-shaped material stacking system of AGV\ truss manipulator line end. Flexible intelligent production of stamping has been realized for the whole line.

Automotive motor production line ►



The project is mainly composed of motor conductor welding station, belt wheel press-fitting station, manual assembly station, ultrasonic welding station, airtightness detection station and performance detection station and 3 robots, 5 double-layer material tables and a vibration disk participate in work of the production line. Material of the production line is supplied by double-layer material table and the robot clamps materials in proper order. When workpieces of upper layer of material disk are all clamped, the lower layer of material disk will automatically move towards left to the robot clamping station through the cylinder. At the same time, the upper layer of feeding disk moves towards right to replace feeding table. The taking mechanism of circulating feeding robot is directly connected with the sixth axis of the robot. Each taking mechanism is composed of two clamps. One clamp takes out processed workpiece and the other places workpiece to be processed in frock of special machine and then shifts it to next station to realize workpiece rotation of next station, circulated clamping and improve working efficiency.



Door cover coating production line ►



The project realizes automatic gumming of four-door two-cover internal and external plates of auto and fitting of internal and external plates through pneumatic rotation table of internal and external plates, GRACO expansion adhesive gumming system, robot system, visual inspection system, internal and external plate gripper, gun replacement disk, pneumatic sliding table of repair adhesive, fitting pre-pressing and conveyance station.


The project is composed of a set of pneumatic rotation table of internal and external plates and clamps respectively, a set of GRACO expansion adhesive gumming system, a set of GRACO heming adhesive gumming system, two sets of robot systems, two sets of visual inspection systems, two sets of external plate gripper and placement holders, two sets of internal plate gripper and placement holders, a set of pneumatic sliding table of repair adhesive, a set of fitting pre-pressing and conveyance station, electronic control system, safety protection system.

Intelligent machining and manufacturing workshop ►


Intelligent machining and manufacturing workshop mainly involves automatic robot feeding and discharging, automatic conveyance, intelligent warehouse storage, automatic deburring and others and is an intelligent machining workshop integrating machinery, electrics, industrial robot, stereoscopic warehousing and information processing. 
Intelligent machining and manufacturing workshop can integrate information processing system of industrial robot and human-machine interaction through reasonable mechanical design and electric control in combination with production features and requirements according to specific production process of users’ product and combine all production processes orderly through AGV conveyance system and MES system, drastically reduce workers’ labor strength and effectively improve production efficiency and quality.

Multi - station press automatic production line ►




Features
■ Mature automation technology of European-style large multi-station press machine is adopted, with perfect function and stable and reliable performance.
■ Destacking manipulator is designed with standard double-rack and double-end reclaiming manipulator to achieve destacking without shutdown and ensure production takt of the whole line. Sheet centering device is controlled with 10 sets of servo motors and suitable for centering of sheets with different sizes to achieve intelligent adjustment and setup of mould database.
■ The whole set of system of three-D manipulator is controlled with 10 sets of servo motors with 2 sets of servo motors for axle X (transfer), 4 sets of servo motors for axle y (clamping) and 4 sets of servo motors for axle Z (lifting). Suspension-type installation method is adopted and the subjects are respectively fixed on the press machines on the left and right sides, which is stable and reliable. Automatic replacement system of selectable cross-bar is adopted to achieve quick exchange of mould and improve production efficiency.
■ The control system is of special motion controller and achieves high-speed and high-precision operation through bus communication.
■ The angle signal of press machine is read through independent rotary encoder to achieve real-time synchronization function with press machine and ensure safe production of equipment.
■ Multiple sets of detection sensors are used for real-time monitoring to ensure safety of manipulator, press machine and mould.
■ German professional safety PLC is adopted to protect personal safety.
■ Various feeding methods including sheet stock, coil stock and combined feeding can be adopted.
■ Suitable for automation transfer of large multi-station press machine.
■ Widely applied to transfer of auto parts and metal plate stamping parts of household appliance industry.
