Notes for repair

Notes for repair:
1. Please record the program parameters and other information of all products before repair, because the program parameters and other information may not be kept after repair;
2.  Please make sure that you directly send the to-repair products and the repair form to our Repair Center via the “door to door” delivery, and the delivery fees are borne by customers.
3. The to-repair products must be packed and fixed securely with packaging materials suitable for long-distance transportation to avoid any potential damage.
4. Our Repair Center will give feedback about the preliminary examination and maintenance within 24 hours upon receipt of the repair form. To avoid any delay caused by mailing or fax confirmation, please call us if you don’t receive preliminary feedback in a week after mailing.
