The tube bending machine is a device specially used to bend the tube and is widely used in many industries at present, such as electrical facilities, highway and railway construction, boiler manufacturing and tube molding.

System structure of scheme

The scheme mainly includes HMI, ESMOTION-NGEV series motion controllers and PRONET/ETC/EDS series servos.

According to MODBUS RTU protocol communication, RS232/RS485 can be adopted for HMI and motion controller and meanwhile, the controller support ETHERNET communication method. The CANOPEN bus control method is adopted for servo of motion controller and the communication baud rate is1M/S to truly realize the high response, high precision, high speed and high reliability of servo; the motion controller is of abundant peripheral interfaces and the body provides 16-way digital input and 14-way digital output; meanwhile it supports 8-way 12 bit analog input, 4-way direction + impulse output; it provides 1-way analog output; it can support 128-way digital input (PNP 24DC), 112-way digital output (1,2A24VDC) and 2-way encoder signal input at most through internal bus expansion.

The whole scheme is of very high cost performance and the system is of features such as short network delay, programmability, easy learning and convenient operation to help the customers solve a series of problems.
