Silicon rod handling
The handling of silicon rods uses a variety of robots, such as ER220B-2650/ER280-3200/ER350-3300, which are suitable for material transfer in the production process of silicon wafers.


Robots can replace human workers to carry heavy loads for long periods of time, reducing the burden on personnel and greatly saving labor costs. They are efficient, stable, and reliable. Multiple heavy-duty robots can accommodate silicon rods of different sizes and lengths, such as 182mm and 210mm, to meet the needs of different workstations and loads.
Cell inserting
As the thickness of battery cells becomes thinner and their size becomes larger, higher requirements are placed on the speed, accuracy, and stability of the grasping and insertion process. ESTUN launched the latest high-speed and high-precision UNO-15-1430-HP robot to complete the loading and unloading of battery cells, with full-axis rigid transmission, equipped with advanced dynamic models, achieving global optimal acceleration and deceleration planning and accuracy guarantees. It has high protection performance of IP67, and can easily face harsh environments such as moisture and dust.

Component stringing
The ESTUN high-speed SCARA robot UNO-8-620-HS is applied in the string welding process of photovoltaic modules, compatible with multiple cell sizes, with a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, meeting the high-speed string welding production requirements of photovoltaic modules.

Flower basket handling
The diffusion/alkali polishing basket handling is done with the ER20B-1745-PV/ER28B-1800-PV photovoltaic professional robot, which can accurately and stably complete the basket handling work, achieving high productivity and low debris rate requirements.


ER20B-1745-PV photovoltaic flower basket handling robot is developed for the high-beat and high-inertia requirements of flower basket handling applications. It features high-precision vibration suppression to effectively reduce debris rates. The high-inertia wrist can accommodate 182/210mm battery cells, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios and process segments.
PV typesetting
The layout uses an ER20B/10-2010-HI high-speed large-inertia robot with a high-precision vision system for laying component battery strings.


With the self-developed dedicated software package for typesetting, it is easy to switch between layouts in 10 minutes, with a single string beat of up to 3.2s/string, and has extremely high typesetting efficiency. Super large inertia, 2010mm long arm span, easily compatible with various types of layouts. Using the visual control integration solution, the teaching box can operate the vision and debugging is more convenient. Using the local communication mode, the communication delay is reduced by 30%.
