Estun's new product, the magnesium alloy robot ER4-550-MI, demonstrates the company's innovative strength in the application of new materials and technologies. The significant advantages of magnesium alloy in the lightweighting of robots are highlighted through the display of the whole machine and the visual comparison of magnesium alloy parts with traditional aluminum alloy parts. The high-speed performance of the robot is increased by 5% and power consumption is reduced by 10%, while transportation and installation costs are reduced. The robot is suitable for 3C, new energy, food and semiconductor industries, showing the broad prospects of magnesium alloy in robot applications.
