Among them, the custom-developed ER50-1200-SR heavy-load SCARA robot features a new structure and built-in wiring, offering stronger compatibility and a more convenient user experience. It can achieve high-speed and high-precision production in the process of polar detection, as well as has high production efficiency in processes such as large packaging feeding and pre-stacking of modules.

1. High-efficiency production and optimized product quality: The TRIO controller achieves multi-axis synchronous control, with a punching efficiency of 200PPM and a production capacity of up to 40PPM.

2. High-precision control and stability guarantee: The mature tension control algorithm for take-up and pay-out ensures the precision of tension control and punching, with a synchronization accuracy of less than 0.01mm.

3. Easy upgrading and efficient inventory: Supports one-click type changing and soft expansion of axis numbers, no need to replace the controller during line upgrades, making inventory simpler.
