In the silicon rod handling process, in view of the process requirements of large size, silicon rod handling, glue coating, etc., ESTUN ER220B-2650/ER280-3200/ER350-3300 and other heavy-load six-axis robots are used. Combined with the advantages of high anti-interference, high-beat, high-stability, multi-station solutions are realized, which are compatible with the processing of silicon rods with different cross-sections of 182mm or 210mm, and meet the production needs of different types of work with different loads.
In the field of battery cell insertion, in response to the trend of thinner and larger battery cells, ESTUN customized the ER35B-1810-LI robot for ALD insertion and launched the UNO-15-1430-HP robot for PE insertion, which can carry 34 battery cells in a single cycle. Through the new key parts selection + rigid body design + vibration suppression algorithm, the product accuracy is improved to meet the application of insertion. At the same time, the full-axis rigid transmission, equipped with advanced dynamics models, realizes the global optimal acceleration and deceleration planning and accuracy guarantee, which can effectively prevent the risk of battery cell scratches.
In the field of cell layout, ESTUN is developing the ER20B/10-2010-HI high-speed, high-inertia robot in response to the needs of users in the photovoltaic industry, equipped with a high-precision visual system for laying out component battery strings. With the self-developed layout-specific software package, it can easily switch layouts in 10 minutes, and the single-string cycle can reach 3.2s/string. The production efficiency is world-leading, helping photovoltaic battery companies to increase the production line utilization rate of the string layout process to more than 98%. The large inertia and 2010mm long arm span are easily compatible with various layouts. The integrated visual control solution is adopted, and the visual operation of the teaching box makes debugging more convenient. The local communication method is adopted, and the communication delay is reduced by 30%, which solves the problem of flexible production and high-efficiency transition of photovoltaic companies in product switching.
