Estun customized and developed the spot welding robot UNO220-2700, which can meet the needs of efficient, highly stable and highly intelligent body-in-white spot welding scenarios. Online load identification, self-learning vibration suppression, and scene adaptation debugging ensure the best performance of the robot. Precise pressure control, the pressure error can be controlled within ±2%. Free selection of welding clamp opening and closing methods, high-performance dynamics model, improve spot welding efficiency. Special spot welding process software improves debugging efficiency, adapts to multiple brands of welding controllers, supports tool switching, and can realize multi-process applications.
Complete solution for automotive arc welding
The white-body welding robot workstation created by Estun consists of a QWAS Eco series welding robot and a StarT 356 welding power source. The robot has fast movement speed, high-speed stable positioning, and is combined with welding processes such as Fine Weld and Root Weld to solve problems such as thin plate welding and uneven weld sizes of the car body, achieving good welding forming consistency and beautiful welds, and can meet the needs of efficient, highly stable, and highly intelligent white-body arc welding application scenarios.
Complete solution for automotive gluing
Complete solution for automotive sunroof gluing, the whole line uses four robots to work together. It adopts PLC master control and Modbus TCP communication. It has large load and inertia, adopts high-performance dynamic model and optimizes robot motion, and starts slowly and stops steadily. In addition, the gluing function package realizes precise control of glue type, glue width, glue height and glue amount to ensure the quality of gluing. The heating, glue discharge and filling functions are directly controlled through the robot shortcut hotkeys.
SPR/FDS robot automatically switches riveting production line
The demand for riveting of heterogeneous materials in the production process of lightweight automobile bodies and new energy vehicles is increasing. Estun has designed the SPR/FDS robot solution for this type of riveting process. With the ER350-3300 large-load robot as the core, it can meet the SPR/FDS requirements for high load, high rigidity, and high reliability. It can effectively suppress the reaction force of the riveting tool on the robot body when working, thereby ensuring process accuracy and quality.
Heavy-load handling solutions for white-body welding lines
The assembly and transmission of automobile white-body welding lines often involve parts handling scenarios. Manual handling of parts is inefficient and has poor human-machine and safety.
