CLOOS's Compact Cell is a compact design unit with excellent welding technology as its core highlight, especially in the field of aluminum welding, which has demonstrated extraordinary innovative ability. Equipped with an intelligent control system optimized for precise working conditions, the Compact Cell introduces the highly efficient Tandem dual-wire aluminum welding technology, which cleverly combines two arc processes to form a perfect complementary effect and achieves a welding speed of 300cm/min, which is far ahead of the industry, and fully reflects CLOOS's leading position in improving welding efficiency. CLOOS QRC230, with a working range of 2300mm and a load of 12kg, the robot controller, control system, servo motors, actuators and other core components are all made in Germany. QIROX Advanced Controller has a superb synchronized control kernel, which can achieve synchronized control of 7 robot axes, and can be extended to control 29 external axes.

 

CLOOS arc welding software package is equipped with special function configuration and application instructions for thick plate arc welding, realizing the advantageous functions such as high-precision arc tracking, contact seeking, multi-layer and multi-pass, and self-adaptation. The end of the robot is equipped with a series of tool change tools, which can be freely switched according to the process scenario.

CLOOS introduces the Cobot Welding System, M1013, with a working range of 1300 mm, a load of 10 kg and an integrated software package for arc welding (arc tracking, position finding).


The welding equipment Qineo Start 406, an all-in-one environmentally friendly negative pressure dust extraction torch, provides users with an efficient and simple automated welding solution.


Collaborative robotic welding systems can be used for small batches, complex components and tight locations, providing economic benefits while maintaining the same high quality of welds. Torque sensors in each axis allow the Cobot to be precisely programmed and displaced, making it intuitive and easy to operate, and dramatically increasing productivity.



Moses Intelligent Programming

The Moses programming system is based on a user-supplied 3D model of the workpiece and enables autonomous programming of the welding robot for a wide range of applications including automated welding process planning, automated motion planning and simulation-based program generation.


The 7-joint robot QRC410-E is equipped with a highly efficient double wire welding process and MOSES software.

1. Modularization: For complex workpieces, common features can be extracted and custom module programs can be edited to reduce the amount of programming and achieve fast programming by using the reusability of module programs;

2. templating: for simple workpieces but variable size workpieces, you can edit a size of the workpiece as a template, other size workpieces, after inputting the size information to the robot, the robot can calculate its own size after scaling, to achieve a program template, welding all workpieces.
